Simon Taylor has over 7 years experience recruiting for contractors. His early career was built on recruiting trades and labour for Main and Sub-contractors involved in building and civil engineering projects in the North East of England. This early exposure to the construction industry involved a lot of time on site and from that he gained an excellent understanding of the construction process.
Having recruited for trades over 3 years, he switched his focus to recruiting management and technical staff for contractors, initially in the North East of England. For 4 years he has recruited for permanent and contract positions. He now has contacts throughout the North of England and Scotland. As a result he can offer his candidates excellent opportunities with a wide range of clients.
Regular clients include Building & Civil Engineering Contractors, House Builders, General Contractors, Refurbishment and Fit out Specialists, Public Sector Contractors.
Simon takes pride in his work and will advise his candidates and clients to the very best of his ability. His advice will be independent and honest. He will give a frank assessment of what he believes is the best route to find a position for a candidate or to fill a vacancy for a client.
