The Client

Operating mainly in the Northeast for 20+ years, their focus has been on larger commercial projects but have recently successfully completed some residential projects including student housing.

The Role

As Senior Site Manager, you are expected to co-ordinate labour activity on worksite and managing overall site performance of building and construction process, including liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers. Reviewing building practices to ensure compliance with forecast budgets, project management procedures and health and safety guidelines.

The Candidate

Experience in leading a construction team
Experience with high value Commercial and Residential projects
Expert ability to read drawings
Relevant certifications (SMSTC / first aid etc)
Be methodical in sequencing and planning of works
